Smash It Sports – Built by Players, For Players

Smash It Sports (SIS) is a family-owned sporting goods company founded in 2013 in Rochester, New York, with a simple mission: to provide baseball and softball athletes with high-quality equipment, expert knowledge, competitive pricing, and customer service they can trust.

From bats, gloves, and training equipment to apparel and accessories, Smash It Sports offers a comprehensive selection of products designed to help players perform at their best. Whether you're just starting out or competing at an advanced level, SIS is committed to helping every athlete find the right equipment for their game.

Our Story

Smash It Sports was created from a straightforward but powerful idea: serious athletes deserve an alternative to large sporting-goods chains—one that understands the game, knows its products, and genuinely cares about the player community.

Since its founding, SIS has built its reputation around three core principles:

• Competitive pricing – providing athletes with great value and competitive prices.

• Real product expertise – offering knowledgeable guidance from people who understand baseball and softball equipment.

• Dedicated customer service – treating every customer like a teammate rather than simply another transaction.

More than a decade later, these principles continue to shape the way Smash It Sports operates. What started as a family business has grown into a nationally recognized retailer of professional baseball and softball equipment, serving players and teams across all 50 states.

Equipment for Every Player

Smash It Sports serves athletes across multiple areas of the game, including baseball, fastpitch softball, and slowpitch softball. Its customer base ranges from young beginners and youth athletes to high school players, adult league competitors, serious amateurs, and professional-level teams.

The goal is simple: give every player access to the equipment they need to practice harder, compete confidently, and enjoy the game.

Whether you're looking for a new bat, a dependable glove, catching equipment, training tools, protective gear, apparel, or other essentials, SIS provides a wide selection designed to meet the needs of players at different ages and skill levels.

A Family-Owned Business With an E-Commerce Focus

As a family-owned, e-commerce-focused company, Smash It Sports operates with a lean business model designed to keep costs competitive while delivering products directly to customers.

This approach allows SIS to focus on what matters most: quality products, competitive pricing, knowledgeable service, and a convenient shopping experience.

The company has grown while maintaining the personal values that helped establish the business in the first place. Customers can shop online while still receiving the type of product knowledge and personal attention they would expect from a specialized sporting goods store.

Authentic Products From Trusted Brands

Smash It Sports is an authorized retailer for the brands it carries, giving customers confidence that they are purchasing genuine products rather than unauthorized or counterfeit merchandise.

Purchasing through an authorized retailer also provides the added peace of mind associated with applicable manufacturer warranties and official product support.

For athletes investing in important equipment, authenticity and reliability matter. SIS is committed to making sure customers receive legitimate products backed by the brands that manufacture them.

More Than a Sporting Goods Store

At its heart, Smash It Sports is about the players and the communities built around baseball and softball. The company understands that equipment is more than simply gear—it is part of an athlete's development, confidence, preparation, and performance.

From a young player buying their first glove to experienced athletes searching for specialized equipment, SIS strives to provide the products, knowledge, and support needed at every stage of the journey.

Built by Players, For Players

Smash It Sports continues to be guided by the philosophy that has defined the company since 2013: “Built by Players, For Players.”

With a commitment to competitive pricing, product expertise, authentic equipment, and dedicated customer service, Smash It Sports has established itself as a trusted destination for baseball and softball athletes throughout the United States.

Whether you play baseball, fastpitch, or slowpitch softball, Smash It Sports is committed to helping you find the equipment you need to play your game, your way.
