Before entering the fashion industry, Sarah Doggett Evenson built a successful career in finance before choosing to pursue her passion for creativity and design. In 2015, she founded Marie Oliver, combining her middle name, Marie, with her husband Peter’s middle name, Oliver, to create the brand’s distinctive name.

What began with a small selection of signature styles has grown into a diverse collection of women’s apparel designed to meet the needs of modern women throughout the year. Despite its growth, Marie Oliver remains an independently owned and operated business proudly based in North Carolina.
